1. Russia installs ‘dragon’s teeth’ anti-tank barricades on the front lines ahead of a planned counter-offensive by Ukrainian forces.
2. The U.S. and African nations race to secure an extension of a ceasefire in Sudan. The Sudanese army says it had given an initial nod to an African proposal calling for talks even as heavy fighting continued.
3. Florida Governor Ron DeSantis brushed off a lawsuit against him by Walt Disney describing it as politically motivated and accusing Disney of lacking accountability and transparency.
4. A U.S. Air National Guardsman accused of leaking military secrets is set to appear in federal court. Prosecutors are expected to argue he should remain in custody as he poses a national security risk.
5. The U.S. Senate is set to vote on whether the Equal Rights Amendment should be added to the Constitution though Republican opposition will likely doom the measure to failure.
