Russian strikes hit Ukraine universities, authorities say
Two universities were hit by Russian shelling in east Ukraine, authorities said. A campus of the Donbas State Engineering Academy in Kramatorsk was hit, while a woman was found dead after an institute in Kharkiv was shelled.
