Virginia gov. signs law banning no-knock warrants
Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam on Monday ceremoniously signed a statewide ban on the use of no-knock search warrants. The law is named after Breonna Taylor, a Kentucky woman who was fatally shot in Louisville in March. (Dec. 7)
