Wis. houses homeless sick, at high risk for COVID
State, county and local governments in Wisconsin are working with nonprofits and the archdiocese to provide a place for homeless individuals in Milwaukee to quarantine or recover from COVID-19. Their model also provides housing afterward. (Feb. 11)
